Eligibility
Seniors and adults with disabilities who do not drive, cannot use public transit, are ineligible for Wheeltrans, or require an escort are eligible to use our service. To use our transportation, all passengers must be able to bear weight and manage stairs with minimal one-person assistance.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer transportation drivers are needed to take seniors to medical appointments and grocery shopping. Time commitment of 2-3 hours per week (or more), with flexible hours available to suit your schedule. No evenings or weekends.
All drives are scheduled between 8:30 and 4:30 p.m. Use your vehicle, masking precautions in place to protect our vulnerable seniors. Mileage is reimbursed per distance; short and long-distance drives are available throughout the York Region, Scarborough and the GTA.
